Edit or cancel my order

You can update your shipping address, change items, or cancel your order within posted cutoff windows. Once an order is packed or shipped, edits are limited.

What can be changed?

Address updates: Allowed until the order is allocated to a shipment.
Item changes: Swap sizes or colors before picking/packing begins.
Cancellations: Cancel unshipped orders from your account.

How to edit or cancel

Sign in and go to Account > Orders.
Select the order and choose Edit order or Cancel items.
Follow prompts to confirm changes.

If the order already shipped

We can’t change the address after shipping. Use the carrier’s delivery options or request a return once delivered.
Partial shipments: You may be able to cancel items that haven’t shipped yet.

Guest checkout

If you checked out as a guest, you can create an account using the same email to manage your order.

Fees and refunds

Refunds post to your original payment method. For gift card/store credit payments, refunds return to store credit. BNPL refunds follow the provider’s policy.
