This guide covers how to redeem a gift card or store credit, check your remaining balance, and use split-tender payments at checkout (cart/basket). Works with most cards and digital gift codes.
How to redeem a gift card or store credit
- Add items to your cart/basket and proceed to checkout.
- On the payment step, enter your gift card number or store credit code in the Gift card/Store credit field.
- Select Apply. Your order total will update to show the credit.
- If there is a remaining balance, choose a secondary payment method (card, wallet, BNPL/Pay in 4) to complete the purchase.
Check your balance
- Use the Balance check link in your account dashboard.
- Or open any previous gift card email and click Check balance.
- If you can’t find the email, check your spam/junk and search for subject lines with “gift card,” “store credit,” or “loyalty.”
Split-tender (pay with gift card + another method)
You can combine a gift card or store credit with another payment method:
- Apply your gift card/store credit first.
- Pay the remaining balance with card, wallet, or BNPL (when available).
- Some discounts cannot stack with store credit—see promo terms.
Common questions
Can I use a gift card on subscriptions or preorders/backorders?
Yes for most items. Some subscriptions and preorder/backorder items may not accept gift cards—see product page terms.
Do gift cards expire?
Most gift cards do not expire. Local laws vary—check your email confirmation for details.
Can I get a refund to my original payment?
Refunds for orders paid with a gift card/store credit are typically returned to store credit.
