How to start a return and get a return label
If your item isn’t right, you can start a return online in minutes. Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days unless marked Final Sale.
Start your return
- Go to Order History in My Account and select the order.
- Choose the item(s) and reason for return (size, damaged, not as expected, etc.).
- Select Refund to original payment or Store credit.
- Confirm your address and submit to generate your returns label.
You’ll also receive the label by email. Print it or show the QR code at the drop-off location if available.
Packing tips
- Include all accessories, tags, and original packaging.
- Use the resealable mailer or a sturdy box. Remove old labels.
- Attach the return label securely and note the RMA number.
Return window and eligibility
- Standard returns: 30 days from delivery
- Holiday/Promo: Extended windows may apply and will be noted on the product page
- Final Sale: Not eligible for return
