Refund timelines and store credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Refund methods
- Original payment method: Credit card, PayPal, BNPL (e.g., Affirm, Klarna). For BNPL, installments continue until the refund posts.
- Store credit: Added to your account as a balance you can use at checkout. Store credit does not expire.
Partial refunds
If items are missing or show signs of wear, a partial refund may apply. We’ll email details.
Exchanges
Exchanges ship once your return is scanned by the carrier or received at our facility, depending on availability.
