Pre-launch QA
- Code & dates: Start/end times in store timezone; flash-sale weekend checks.
- Eligibility: Collections/brands included; exclusions for gift cards, subscriptions, preorder/backorder items.
- Stacking: Confirm one-code policy unless explicitly allowed. Test with store credit, gift cards, and loyalty points.
- Thresholds: Minimum spend and shipping promotions (free delivery).
- Currencies: Multi-currency rounding and VAT-inclusive pricing.
- Gatekeeping: Require account or loyalty tier?

- Mobile vs. desktop
- Card vs. PayPal vs. BNPL/Pay in 4
